Alkaff Oasis is a project under Singapore’s Housing and Development Board (HDB)’s Bidadari Masterplan, situated at the junction between Bidadari Park Drive and Alkaff Crescent.
It was launched under the Build-to-Order (BTO) sales in Feb 2016, with initial Probable Completion Date to be in 4th Quarter 2020.

We went for the 3Gen unit, which literally mean that it will house multi-generational families. The flat is 120 Sqm, priced more than $600k.
Motivations for this Blog
Planning for the new flat has been an exciting affair, yet it is also extremely vexing. One thing for sure, it is hard to keep track of items which we have explored and considered. To make things worse, there is no firm timeline for the completion of the flat – due to COVID-19, the Probable Completion Date has been delayed to at least 2nd Quarter of 2021.
